We are hiring an Arabic Chef for a reputed Hotel located in Ernakulam. This position is open to male candidates only. The ideal candidate should be skilled, experienced, and passionate about preparing authentic Arabic cuisine. The role involves cooking a variety of Arabic dishes such as shawarma, mandi, kebab, grills, hummus, salads, and other Middle Eastern specialties as per hotel standards. Candidates will also be responsible for menu preparation support, maintaining kitchen hygiene, ensuring food quality and consistency, and managing kitchen ingredients and stock. Strong knowledge of Arabic spices, marinades, grilling techniques, and traditional cooking methods is essential. The candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and handle peak service hours. Experience in Arabic restaurants or hotels will be highly preferred. Freshers with strong culinary skills and interest in Arabic cuisine may also apply.
