We are hiring a Civil Site Supervisor for a reputed Steel Fabrication Company located in Coimbatore. This position is open to male candidates only. The ideal candidate should be responsible, experienced, and capable of supervising on-site steel fabrication and erection activities efficiently. The role involves monitoring daily site operations, coordinating with workers and engineers, ensuring project execution as per drawings and specifications, and maintaining quality and safety standards at the site. Candidates will also be responsible for managing manpower, tracking work progress, checking material usage, and reporting updates to the project manager. Basic knowledge of civil engineering, steel structures, and site management is required. The candidate should be able to read structural drawings and ensure work is completed within deadlines. Experience in steel fabrication or construction site supervision will be an added advantage.
