The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Candidates will be responsible for site supervision, material planning, contractor coordination, manpower management, and ensuring compliance with safety and construction regulations. The role also includes preparing project reports, monitoring progress, resolving site issues, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and management teams. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Knowledge of construction software and MS Office will be an added advantage.
