We are hiring a Ticketing Executive for a reputed Travel Agency located in Nagampadam, Kottayam. Male and female candidates are welcome to apply. The role involves assisting customers with domestic and international travel bookings, handling ticket reservations, cancellations, rescheduling requests, and providing accurate travel information. Candidates will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, maintaining booking records, preparing travel itineraries, and coordinating with airlines and travel partners. Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential. Knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with ticketing systems will be an added advantage, though training may be provided.
