We are hiring an Accountant cum Billing Staff for a reputed Men's Wedding Mall located in Kozhikode. Male and female candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both accounting and billing operations efficiently. The role involves preparing customer invoices, processing cash and digital payments, maintaining daily sales records, updating ledger entries, managing petty cash, and assisting with day-to-day accounting activities. Candidates will also be responsible for bank reconciliation, stock-related billing support, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate documentation. Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, billing software, and basic accounting principles is essential. Strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment are required. Previous experience in retail billing or accounting will be an added advantage, while freshers with relevant qualifications and computer knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
