We are hiring a Telecaller for a reputed Washing Machine Service Center located in Chinnakada, Kollam. This position is open to female candidates only. The ideal candidate should be confident, polite, and have good communication skills to handle customer calls effectively. A minimum qualification of Plus Two (Higher Secondary) with basic computer knowledge is required for this role. The job involves making outbound calls to customers, attending inbound inquiries, explaining service details, registering service requests, and following up on pending service updates. Candidates will also be responsible for maintaining call records, updating customer information in the system, and coordinating with the service team for smooth operations. Good communication in Malayalam is essential, while basic English will be an added advantage. The candidate should be punctual, target-oriented, and able to work in a team environment.
