We are looking for a skilled South Indian Cook to join our hotel in Kunnamkulam. Male candidates are preferred for this position. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing a variety of South Indian dishes, including breakfast items, meals, curries, chutneys, and snacks while maintaining authentic taste and consistent quality. Responsibilities include planning daily food preparation, ensuring hygiene and food safety standards, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, managing ingredients efficiently, minimizing food waste, and coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure timely service. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain quality under pressure, and follow hotel recipes and standards. Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is preferred, but dedicated candidates with strong cooking skills are encouraged to apply.
