Software Support: Providing specialized support for billing and GST software solutions.
Client Assistance: Directly assisting clients with their inquiries and software-related needs.
Problem Solving: Actively engaging in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for business users.
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualification: A Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Accounting.
Experience Level: Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills: Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting abilities, knowledge of GST, and effective communication skills in both Malayalam and English.
The position is a full-time role with working hours set from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. The salary scale starts at ?13,500 and is adjusted based on the candidate's experience.
