We are hiring a Female Receptionist for a reputed Laundry Service located in Nadapuram, Kozhikode. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk and ensuring excellent customer service. Key duties include welcoming customers, receiving laundry items, preparing service bills, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate customer records. The role also involves answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, scheduling pickup and delivery requests, and coordinating with the laundry team to ensure timely service. The candidate will update order status, handle customer feedback professionally, and maintain a clean and organized reception area. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software or MS Office will be an added advantage. Good communication skills, a friendly attitude, and attention to detail are essential for this role. Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service executive is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. The role requires professionalism, responsibility, and a customer-focused approach.
