Billing Staff Job Opening in Ernakulam

We are hiring a Male Billing Staff for a reputed two-wheeler showroom located in Ernakulam. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling all billing and cashier-related activities in the showroom. Key duties include preparing accurate sales invoices for two-wheelers, spare parts, and service-related bills, and processing cash, card, and digital payments. The role also involves maintaining daily sales records, updating customer purchase details, and ensuring proper entry in billing software. The candidate will coordinate with the sales and accounts departments to ensure smooth billing operations and error-free transactions. Responsibilities also include handling customer queries related to billing, issuing receipts, and maintaining cash balance at the end of each shift. Basic knowledge of computers, billing software, and MS Excel is required. Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and honesty are essential for this role. Previous experience in showroom billing or retail billing is preferred, but freshers with good computer knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
