We are hiring a Male Floor Manager for a reputed men’s wear showroom located in Kannur. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall floor operations and ensuring smooth customer service throughout the store. Key duties include supervising sales staff on the floor, guiding customers for product selection, monitoring daily sales performance, and ensuring proper display and arrangement of merchandise. The Floor Manager will coordinate with the store manager to achieve sales targets, maintain stock availability on the floor, and ensure timely replenishment of products. The role also involves handling customer queries and complaints, maintaining discipline among staff, and ensuring a professional and welcoming shopping environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position. The candidate should have good knowledge of retail operations and men’s fashion trends. Previous experience in a showroom or retail floor management is preferred, but experienced sales professionals with leadership skills are also encouraged to apply.
