We are hiring a Male Store Manager for a reputed men’s wear showroom located in Taliparamba, Kannur. The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall management of store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and excellent customer service. Key duties include supervising sales staff, monitoring sales performance, maintaining stock levels, handling inventory control, and ensuring proper visual merchandising of products. The role also involves setting daily and monthly sales targets, motivating the team, managing billing coordination, and ensuring accurate cash handling and reporting. The Store Manager will also handle customer complaints, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented showroom environment. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are essential for this role. Good knowledge of retail operations and men’s fashion trends will be an added advantage. Previous experience in retail store management is preferred, but candidates with strong leadership potential and relevant retail experience are also encouraged to apply. The role requires responsibility, discipline, and team management skills.
