We are hiring an Office Assistant for a reputed Pharmaceutical Distribution company located in Ernakulam. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply. Key duties include handling phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining office files and records, assisting in billing and data entry, and coordinating with the sales, billing, and warehouse departments. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. Previous experience in office administration is preferred, but freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
