PDI Technician A Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Technician is the final automotive quality-assurance professional between the factory and the customer. Their primary role is to rigorously inspect, test, diagnose, and prepare new or serviced vehicles to ensure they are cosmetically flawless, mechanically sound, and completely road-ready before handover.
