We are hiring a Male Civil Site Supervisor for a reputed engineering company located in Thevara, Ernakulam. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction site activities and ensuring that all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Key duties include coordinating with engineers, contractors, and site workers, monitoring work progress, ensuring quality control, and maintaining project timelines. The candidate will also be responsible for site inspection, material checking, labor management, and reporting daily site updates to the project engineer or management. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining proper site documentation is essential. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in civil construction, good leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering with relevant site experience is preferred. Freshers with strong technical understanding and willingness to learn may also apply.
