Job Description
We are hiring a Male Chinese Chef for a reputed hotel located in Veliyannur, Thrissur. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic and high-quality Chinese dishes as per the hotel’s menu standards. Duties include cooking a variety of Chinese cuisines such as noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, soups, starters, and sauces while maintaining taste, presentation, and hygiene standards. The chef will be responsible for ingredient preparation, portion control, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety practices are strictly followed. The candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth service during peak hours. Knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking techniques, seasoning, and flavor balancing is essential. Previous experience as a Chinese cook or chef in hotels or restaurants is required. The ability to innovate new dishes and maintain consistency in taste is highly preferred. Accommodation and food may be provided as per hotel policy.
