Job Description
We are hiring Packing Staff for our hypermarket in Ottappalam. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply, with preference given to candidates from Ottappalam. The selected candidate will be responsible for packing customer purchases neatly and efficiently while ensuring products are handled with care. Duties include sorting items, checking product quality before packing, arranging goods according to safety and hygiene standards, labeling packages when required, and assisting with stock organization. Candidates may also support the store team in replenishing shelves, maintaining cleanliness in the packing area, and helping customers with carry-out assistance when needed. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, punctual, physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Good teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.
