A well-established Hypermarket in Ottappalam is hiring Billing Staff. Male and female candidates are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to candidates from Ottappalam. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling billing and cashier operations accurately while providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include operating the billing system, processing cash, card, and digital payments, issuing receipts, maintaining billing records, balancing the cash counter at the end of each shift, and resolving basic customer billing queries. The role also involves assisting customers with product information, supporting the sales team when required, and ensuring the checkout area remains clean and organized. Candidates should have basic computer knowledge, good numerical skills, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Previous experience in billing, cashier, or retail operations is an advantage but not mandatory, as training will be provided. The ideal candidate should be honest, punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
