A reputed Home Appliances Supplier is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in Perinthalmanna. Male candidates are preferred for this position. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Duties include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, coordinating after-sales service, following up on customer feedback, and providing information about products, offers, and warranty services. The Customer Relationship Manager will also maintain customer records, monitor service requests, support the sales team in customer retention activities, and ensure timely communication with clients. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software will be an added advantage.
