A reputed Restaurant is hiring a Chinese Cook in Mavelikkara. Male candidates are preferred for this position. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of Chinese dishes such as fried rice, noodles, soups, starters, gravies, and other specialty menu items while maintaining consistent taste and quality. Duties include preparing ingredients, marinating food items, operating kitchen equipment safely, maintaining food hygiene standards, and ensuring timely preparation of customer orders. The Chinese Cook will also monitor stock levels, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure proper storage of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality. Attention to presentation, taste consistency, and cleanliness is essential for this role. Candidates with experience in Chinese cuisine preparation are encouraged to apply.
