A reputed Restaurant is hiring a South Indian Cook in Mavelikkara. Male candidates are preferred for this position. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, appam, puttu, sambar, chutneys, curries, and other traditional specialties while maintaining consistent taste and quality. Duties include planning daily food preparation, managing ingredients, ensuring proper storage of raw materials, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and following food safety standards. The cook will also monitor stock levels, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders during busy hours. Attention to quality, cleanliness, and presentation is essential for this role. Candidates with experience in preparing authentic South Indian dishes are encouraged to apply.
