A Parotta Maker at a Biryani Cafe in Tirupathur is a specialized culinary role responsible for the end-to-end preparation of authentic, layered flatbreads (Parottas). The primary duties include mixing the dough, expertly tossing and stretching it to achieve perfect flakiness, and cooking on a commercial flat-top grill.Minimum 2 to 5 years in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.Knowledge of preparing other South Indian flatbreads or related sides.
