A reputed Textile Showroom is hiring a Floor Manager in Perinthalmanna. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing overall floor operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the showroom, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Duties include supervising sales staff, assigning daily tasks, monitoring customer interactions, handling complaints, and ensuring proper product display and stock arrangement. The Floor Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, coordinating with the billing and inventory team, and maintaining discipline and cleanliness on the showroom floor. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are essential for this role. Candidates with prior experience in retail management, textile showroom operations, or customer service supervision will be preferred.
