A reputed Restaurant is hiring a Juice Maker in Kottarakkara. Male candidates are preferred for this position. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of fresh juices, milkshakes, smoothies, and other beverages as per customer orders. Duties include selecting and washing fruits, cutting and preparing ingredients, operating juicer and blender machines, and ensuring proper taste, hygiene, and presentation. The Juice Maker will also maintain cleanliness of the juice counter, manage stock of fruits and ingredients, and ensure proper storage to maintain freshness. Additional responsibilities include assisting customers politely, handling peak-hour rush efficiently, and maintaining consistency in quality and service. Proper care of equipment and adherence to food safety standards are essential.
