A reputed Restaurant is hiring a Shawarma Maker in Kottarakkara. Male candidates are preferred for this position. Freshers with interest in food preparation and experienced candidates in fast food or restaurant kitchen operations are welcome to apply. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing shawarma items including marinating meat, grilling, slicing, and assembling shawarma rolls, wraps, and plates as per customer orders. Duties include maintaining proper hygiene standards, ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients, and following standard recipes for consistent taste. The Shawarma Maker will also manage kitchen stock usage, maintain cleanliness of cooking equipment, and support other kitchen staff during busy hours. Proper handling of grill machines, knives, and other kitchen tools is essential. Speed, accuracy, and attention to food safety standards are important for this role.
