Salem Yourspay Capital Limited (Hasthampatti, Salem) is actively hiring Field Sales Executives (Sales and Marketing Specialists) to drive the adoption of their fintech and financial services. The full-time on-site role focuses on merchant acquisition, ATM distribution, and promoting loan products.Base Salary: ?12,000 to ?35,000 per month (depending on prior experience and educational qualification).EPF, medical benefits, and insurance may be provided based on the selected candidate's profile.Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (B.Com, BBA, or MBA preferred, though candidates with banking/fintech course experience are highly valued). 1 to 3 years of field sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply). A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is generally expected for field coverage.
