A reputed Spa Center is looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join its team. Female candidates are preferred for this position. Freshers and experienced candidates with good communication skills and a pleasant personality are encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing front desk operations, and ensuring smooth customer service at the spa. Duties include attending phone calls, handling appointment bookings, maintaining daily schedules of therapists, and providing information about spa services, packages, and offers. The Receptionist will also manage customer inquiries, maintain records of clients, handle basic billing or payment coordination, and ensure a clean and organized reception area. Strong communication skills, politeness, and the ability to handle customers in a professional manner are essential. Basic computer knowledge and experience in customer service or front office roles will be an added advantage.
