A reputed Spa Center is looking for a Telecaller to join its team. Female candidates are preferred for this position. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, explaining spa services, packages, and offers to customers, and assisting in appointment booking and scheduling. Duties include following up with customers, maintaining call records, updating customer details, and providing basic information about treatments and services offered by the spa. The Telecaller should be able to convince and attract customers in a professional and polite manner while maintaining high-quality customer service. Basic computer knowledge and experience in handling customer queries will be an added advantage.
