An established Educational Institution is hiring a Business Management Lecturer in Thrikkakara, Ernakulam. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply. Applicants must hold a PhD in Business Management, Commerce, or a related field. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures in core management subjects such as organizational behavior, marketing management, human resource management, financial management, and strategic management. Duties include preparing academic content, conducting classroom teaching, guiding student projects, mentoring research scholars, and evaluating academic performance. The lecturer will also participate in curriculum development, academic planning, seminars, workshops, and institutional research activities. Strong communication skills, academic expertise, and a passion for teaching are essential. Industry exposure in business or management consulting will be an added advantage.
