Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Duties include coordinating with engineers, contractors, and workers, monitoring project progress, managing materials on site, checking quality of construction work, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. The Site Supervisor will also maintain site reports, record measurements, and report any technical issues or delays to senior engineers. Strong knowledge of construction methods, reading drawings, and site execution is essential. The candidate should be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of handling on-site responsibilities effectively.
