A reputed distribution company in Kochi is currently hiring Inside Sales Staff to support sales operations and customer coordination from the office. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to product inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and coordinating with the field sales team to ensure smooth order processing. The role also includes updating customer databases, maintaining sales records, supporting order confirmation, and ensuring timely communication with clients regarding product availability and delivery status. Candidates should have good communication skills in English and Malayalam, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally. Both male and female candidates are preferred for this position. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome, while experienced candidates in sales, customer service, or distribution support will be given preference.
