A reputed distribution company in Kochi is currently hiring Billing Staff to manage billing and invoicing operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate sales invoices, generating bills for dispatches, entering transaction details in the accounting system, and maintaining proper billing records. The role also includes verifying purchase orders, coordinating with the accounts and warehouse teams, handling return and credit note entries, and ensuring all billing processes are completed on time without errors. Candidates should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, good computer skills, and familiarity with billing software or MS Excel. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role. Both male and female candidates are preferred for this position. Freshers with commerce background are welcome to apply, while experienced candidates in billing, accounts, or logistics documentation will be given preference.
