A reputed distribution company in Kochi is currently hiring an Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining office records, data entry, handling documents, assisting in billing and dispatch coordination, managing emails, and supporting smooth communication between departments. Additional duties include filing paperwork, updating stock or delivery records, and providing general clerical assistance as required by the management. Candidates should have good communication skills in English and Malayalam, basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, Excel), and strong organizational abilities. Both male and female candidates are preferred for this position. Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply, while prior experience in office administration or logistics support will be an added advantage.
