The selected candidate will be responsible for attending phone calls, greeting and assisting customers, managing bookings and inquiries, maintaining visitor records, handling basic billing support, and coordinating with service staff for smooth operations. The receptionist should ensure polite communication, quick response to customer needs, and proper handling of front office activities. Maintaining a professional appearance and organized workspace is essential. Candidates should have good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English, basic computer knowledge, and a pleasant personality.
