A reputed hotel in Thiruvananthapuram (TVM) is urgently hiring an experienced Chinese Cook. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of Chinese dishes such as fried rice, noodles, Manchurian, soups, starters, gravies, and other Indo-Chinese specialties. Duties include food preparation, ingredient selection, maintaining kitchen hygiene, portion control, and ensuring timely service during peak hours. The cook should also follow standard recipes and maintain taste consistency. Prior experience in Chinese or Indo-Chinese cooking in hotels or restaurants is preferred.
