A reputed hotel in Thiruvananthapuram (TVM) is urgently hiring an experienced South Indian Cook. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutney, appam, puttu, biryani, meals, and other regional specialties. Duties include food preparation, ingredient planning, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, ensuring quality control, and supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.Prior experience as a South Indian cook in hotels or restaurants is preferred.
