Job Description
A well-established hotel in Thiruvananthapuram (TVM) is urgently hiring an experienced North Indian Cook. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of North Indian dishes such as roti, naan, paratha, paneer items, dal, curries, biryani, tandoori items, and other menu specialties. The cook will also handle food preparation, ingredient selection, kitchen hygiene, portion control, and timely service during peak hours. Prior experience in North Indian cooking is preferred.
