We are hiring Office Staff for our Tyre Shop located in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate should be male or female with minimum qualification of Plus Two or Degree and should have basic computer knowledge including MS Office, billing software, and data entry skills. The role involves handling day-to-day office operations, preparing bills and invoices, managing customer inquiries, maintaining sales and stock records, and assisting in purchase and inventory updates. The candidate will also be responsible for attending phone calls, coordinating with customers, and supporting showroom and workshop activities when required. Good communication skills, punctuality, and a polite customer-friendly attitude are essential for this position. Prior experience in office administration, retail billing, or tyre/automobile shop operations will be an added advantage, but freshers with good computer skills are also welcome.
