The candidate will also be responsible for following up with leads, maintaining student records, and supporting the admission process to achieve enrollment targets. Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English are required. The candidate should be confident, friendly, and able to handle student queries with patience and professionalism. Prior experience in counseling, education sector, or customer handling will be an added advantage, but freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
