The ideal candidate should be male with minimum qualification of Plus Two or Degree and should have strong communication, negotiation, and marketing skills. The role involves promoting construction projects, generating new leads, and increasing business opportunities for residential and commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential clients such as property owners, builders, architects, and contractors, explaining company services, and converting inquiries into sales. Regular field visits, follow-ups, and maintaining client relationships are key responsibilities. The candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Basic knowledge of real estate or construction industry will be an added advantage. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
