The ideal candidate should be male with a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification, along with relevant site experience. The role involves supervising day-to-day construction activities, monitoring site progress, ensuring work is completed as per drawings and specifications, and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and labor teams. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining site reports, checking quality of materials and workmanship, and ensuring safety standards are followed at the site. Strong knowledge of construction methods, site planning, and material management is essential. The candidate should have good leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to manage workers efficiently. Prior experience in building construction projects will be highly preferred.
