We are hiring an Inside Sales Staff for our Home Appliance showroom located in Chemmad, Tirurangadi, Malappuram. The ideal candidate should be male with minimum qualification of Plus Two or Degree and should have good communication and selling skills. Basic knowledge of home appliances and customer handling will be an added advantage. The role involves attending customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements, explaining product features, assisting in product selection, and completing sales billing. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, following up on inquiries, and supporting promotional activities to increase sales. Good behavior, confidence, and a customer-friendly attitude are essential for this position. Freshers are welcome, but candidates with prior experience in retail or appliance sales will be preferred.
