The ideal candidate should be a female with minimum qualification of Plus Two or Degree and should have basic computer knowledge including MS Office, email handling, and data entry. The role involves supporting daily office operations, maintaining files and records, handling phone calls, assisting in client coordination, preparing documents, and supporting the marketing team with administrative tasks. The candidate should be well-organized, punctual, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English are required. Freshers are welcome, but candidates with prior experience in office administration or marketing support will be preferred.
