Job Description
As an authentic South Indian Cook at YA3 Kitchen in Thoothukudi, you will be responsible for preparing traditional tiffin items (idli, dosa, vada), rich gravies, and local non-vegetarian/seafood dishes. You will ensure strict hygiene standards while managing daily bulk prep for their fast-paced tiffin delivery and catering services. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in authentic South Indian cooking, specifically mastering traditional batters and regional spice blends.
