We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Staff member for our Computer Shop located in Pathanapuram, Kollam. The candidate should have minimum educational qualification of Plus Two or Degree and should possess basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, data entry, and file management. The main responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, preparing bills and invoices, maintaining stock and sales records, assisting in computer accessory sales, and supporting day-to-day shop operations. The candidate should be polite, punctual, and able to manage customer interactions efficiently. Basic technical understanding of computers and accessories will be an added advantage. Freshers are welcome, but candidates with prior experience in computer shops or retail billing will be preferred. Male candidates are preferred due to shop operational requirements and field support work.
