We are seeking a Front Office Executive to manage the reception and front desk operations at our reputed educational institution located on MG Road, Kochi. The role involves greeting and assisting students, parents, and visitors in a professional manner, handling incoming calls and inquiries, and providing accurate information about courses and admissions. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining visitor records, scheduling appointments, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting administrative tasks. Additional duties include handling emails, data entry, fee-related queries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations. Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam, a pleasant personality, and proficiency in MS Office are required. Prior experience in an educational institution is an advantage. The institution prefers female candidates for this position, as per organizational requirements. This is a full-time role requiring professionalism, multitasking ability, and a customer-oriented approach immediate joining is preferred.
