We are hiring a Male Inside Sales Staff for a hypermarket located in Elamakkara, Kochi. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers and handling sales activities within the store. Key duties include greeting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. The candidate will also be responsible for managing the sales counter, billing assistance, product arrangement in shelves, checking stock availability, and maintaining proper display of items in assigned sections. He should support promotional activities, inform customers about ongoing offers, and help achieve daily sales targets. Good communication skills, customer handling ability, and a friendly attitude are essential for this role. The candidate should be punctual, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior experience in retail or hypermarket sales will be an added advantage, but freshers with interest in customer service are also welcome.
