Job Description
We are hiring a Male Civil Site Supervisor for a construction company located in Thrissur. Candidates from Thrissur and nearby areas are preferred. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising all on-site construction activities and ensuring that work is carried out as per approved plans, drawings, and specifications. Key duties include monitoring site progress, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and workers, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards at the site. The candidate will also be responsible for material management, reporting daily work updates, checking measurements, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones. Strong knowledge of civil construction work, site execution, and basic estimation is required. The ability to manage labor teams and solve on-site issues efficiently is essential. Prior experience as a site supervisor in residential or commercial projects will be preferred. The candidate should be hardworking, responsible, and willing to work under site conditions. Immediate joining is preferred.
