The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations and ensuring smooth workflow across all departments. Key responsibilities include coordinating between sales, creative, production, and client servicing teams, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of advertising campaigns. The candidate will also manage resource allocation, supervise staff performance, handle client requirements, and ensure quality control in all ongoing projects. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and maintain operational efficiency is required. Prior experience in operations management, preferably in advertising, media, or service-based industries, will be an added advantage. The candidate should be proficient in basic computer applications and reporting. Good communication and team management skills are necessary. Immediate joining is preferred.
