Billing Staff Job Opening in Kozhikode

We are hiring male or female candidates for the position of Billing Staff at our bakery and cake shop located in Mankave, Kozhikode. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling all billing and cash counter operations in an efficient and accurate manner. Key duties include generating customer bills using the billing software or manual system, receiving cash and digital payments, issuing receipts, maintaining daily sales records, and balancing the cash register at the end of the shift. The candidate will also assist in coordinating with the sales and counter staff to ensure smooth billing during peak hours. Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and attention to detail are essential for this role. The ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle customer queries politely is required. Prior experience in billing or retail cashier roles is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.
